I’ve said it before and I’m saying it again – how lucky am I to have the job I have! I’m pretty sure I had as many laughs at Nicole and Beanie’s wedding as the groomsmen which is pretty difficult if you have ever met these guys. To set the scene, I turned up at the apartments to grab a few snaps of the guys when one of them comes out wrapped in a towel, with another towel around his head. Each to their own I thought, only to see him remove the towel and reveal a bald head – what the? Well, the laughs started here and didn’t stop.
Nicole and the girls were very organised which left plenty of time to take some gorgeous photos, sip champagne and even shed a small tear or two. It wasn’t long before we were off to Terrigal for the outdoor ceremony on a clear blue sky day.
Rowdy the dog, an integral part of Nicole and Beanie’s life was on hand to witness the proceedings as were their closest family and friends. After some photos on the headland we escaped the hot sun by chasing some shade in Terrigal. Once again the boys didn’t disappoint and jumped right into character for the ‘urban’ feel to the shoot, while the girls simply looked gorgeous.
As usual, the Reef Restaurant did a beautiful job of hosting the perfect reception – I’ve yet to see a bad meal come out of their kitchen and the location is simply unbeatable.
Congratulations Nicole and Beanie, what a perfect day!
