I love this photo from the wedding of Sean and Leanne at The Bells at Killcare – one of my favourite wedding reception venues on the Central Coast from one of my most memorable weddings of 2013.
It says wedding without being “weddingy” and sums up what the day is all about in a photo journalistic kind of way… tradition with the cake, speeches with the microphone and folder, great food, a great venue to celebrate and come together, the mailbox representing the couples (temporary) home in London.
Even the slightly crooked wall photos totally say wedding to me.
No matter how much planning, little things go wrong but they usually have absolutely no bearing on the day as a whole.
