Hunter Valley wedding photography isn't alway as perfect as the wedding of Danielle and Brett

Wedding photography in the Hunter Valley vineyards is always pretty special but having a great couple and two beautiful families makes it just perfect. Danielle was an amazing bride – her enthusiasm, smile and always happy nature made the day a breeze for me.

The day ran so smoothly and without a hiccup, which is rare for most weddings. I asked Danielle what her secret was and for a piece of advice for any future brides planning their wedding.

“I have so much advice I would love to give but the best piece was something the perfectionist in me came up with – lol.”

Make a check list of everything you need on or with you when you leave to get married and quickly go through it just as you’re about to hop in the car (eg. groom’s ring, engagement ring, nan’s hankercheif, lipgloss or perfume touch up, speech, bouquet, garter). I almost left without my garter and although it’s something small I would have been upset if we couldn’t have done the garter toss at the reception.

“I’ve also seen a bride forget her bouquet to walk down the aisle, a check list seems too easy but it can save you any disappointment later on.”
